Our Return Policy

Returning Products to Fierce Gaming Network Inc.

You can return your items to our main warehouse for up to 30 days from your item’s ship date.

These are the reasons for an acceptable refund/return:

  • You received the wrong item
  • You received a damaged item
  • You received a different size than you ordered
  • It was shipped to wrong address due your error on input of shipping address



Unacceptable Returns

  • You changed your mind
  • You want a different color/item
  • The size you ordered does not fit you.
  • You lost it after delivery to you

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels.

Damaged or wrong Items

We apologize if you have received a damaged, defective or wrong item and will gladly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Please note: All damaged, defective or wrong items must be reported within 15 days of your order ship date. If we are notified of your damaged or wrong item(s) after this timeframe, we will be unable to process your request.

Prior to returning your item, please ALWAYS CONTACT us first, and let us know about your issue. Be sure to have your order number ready and we’ll be happy to assist you!

Once you have contacted us, you can return your item. Simply return the item via address below

We’re not able to offer an exchange on returned items before they have been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you’ll need to place a new order.

Return Instructions

Follow the instructions below to ensure we continue providing the best possible service.

As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. We ask that you obtain a proof of postage receipt so that if your parcel goes missing on the way back to us, you’ll have proof you sent it.

It can take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your parcel to reach our warehouse. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund or exchange is processed. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your account or have new item shipped out within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. It can take up to 10 business days for your account to be credited here or your bank.
